Chairman Boozman Congratulates Senate Agriculture Interns on Service to Committee

Summer Interns 2025

WASHINGTON – U.S. Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry Chairman John Boozman (R-AR) recognized the efforts of students who served as interns on the committee this summer.

“These interns have been a great help to the committee as we work to make programs within its jurisdiction more efficient while supporting America’s farm families. I appreciate their interest in agriculture and dedication to learning about crafting policies to help farmers succeed. This is an interesting time to be on Capitol Hill and I’m confident they found this to be a valuable experience,” Boozman said.

Riley Swofford, Caroline Brickey, Jaiden Stansberry and Flossie Glinski completed a five-week internship. These interns experienced unique opportunities as they worked closely with committee staff, engaged with farmers and ranchers, conducted legislative research and witnessed the inner working of a Senate committee. Each intern also shadowed Chairman Boozman which allowed them to see how he works to support the needs of America’s agriculture industry and rural communities.
